Moving host to PythonAnywhere

I recently got informed that Dreamhost would no longer be supporting passenger, so have taken the jump, and decided to move my site to PythonAnywhere, which I have been using on and off for a while now.

We shall see what bugs crop up, and I may write a little article later about the upgrade.
